The COVID-19 metabolomics data center includes publicly available metabolomics datasets on COVID-19 studies generated during the pandemic from different platforms (7 platforms covered) and populations (16 countries so far). A total of 12,114 samples collected from over 6,000 COVID-19 patients and corresponding controls (healthy control and nonCOVID, which shows similar symptoms as COVID-19 but tested as negative). The COVID-19 patients are also further classified as mild_moderate and severe_critical based on the degree of severity.
